How Long Does It Take To Recover From An Acl Injury I Recently Have Torn My Acl And My Doctor Says I Must Do 4 To 6 Months Of Rehab.?

I recently have torn my acl and my doctor says i must do 4 to 6 months of rehab.? - how long does it take to recover from an acl injury

I wonder, is the torn anterior cruciate ligament in his leg the most damage, and if injuries to his leg more time to recover completely (recovery time).

My second ACL surgery was much easier than the first. With my second ACL reconstruction, I went to the football on just 4 months after the op play.

The first time I diagnosed my goals ACL and when I met an orthopedic surgeon who actually knew what he was doing, not only had a torn ligament, but the LCL and posterolateral complex. A posterolateral reconstruction is hell. The surgery took almost 8 hours I was in hospital for two days. I was on crutches for 3 1 / 2 months. My knee was in a corset, which not only immoblized my knees, but my hip and ankle as well. I was in this key for 3 1 / 2 months, then the hip was removed and a month later the ankle was removed. I have found in the post-op was prepared for 5 1 / 2 months and then I had some kind of sports bra for 6 months to use. In the first 5 months I had to rehab every day. Then it was summer, because I went three times a week, but then he would fall every day. In what kind of rehab for 15 months when I totally free to play football again. 15 MonHRT is the absolute minimum for the type of surgery I had for most people as the rehabilitation of more than 24 months and can never play sports again.

i kno so it is not the worst injury of his leg because my brother tore the anterior cruciate ligament, but it will take some time for healing and rehabilitation, he said hurt him, but in a few months, you need you are feeling well, if you (skiing or part of the management of a significant pressure on the knee), who shall decide once and knee brace,
